Package arrived damaged and box that the chain was in was also smashed. The chain on the necklace was all tangled and the whole thing was smaller than it appeared online. I've emailed the company 6 times and they will NOT respond. I am trying to get a shipping label to return it. Terrible customer service. I would NEVER order from her.
